What is a good first visit?
For skin care, consider the First-Visit Facial & Consultation. For The Lipo Lounge, choose its paid Consultation & Trial. For massage, compare the appointment lengths or call us to discuss your preferred approach.
Are consultations free?
No. Consultation & Trial Sessions are paid appointments. The separate, 30-minute Complimentary Spa Tour introduces you to the space.
How do I compare single visits and packages?
Open the service you’re considering. Its detail page shows the appointment length, single-visit price and available series totals together. Read the named package agreement before purchasing.

Why does the monthly Lounge membership have a $70 setup fee?
The $29 monthly price is a membership rate for ongoing access—not the price of an occasional appointment. The $70 setup fee is the upfront part of that membership pricing. It is not added to each visit or each monthly payment.
Your first payment is $99: $70 setup + your first $29 month. After that, it is $29 per month, with a three-month minimum and monthly renewal. Membership includes unlimited Lounge visits, subject to availability, plus your included monthly STYKU scan and other member benefits.
Prefer occasional visits? Reserve a single 30-minute Lounge visit for $25, with no membership commitment. For a year of access paid upfront, the annual membership is $299 with no setup fee; it renews annually.
Is the 2027 gift offer the same as the annual subscription?
No. The $299 one-time gift offer purchased in 2026 provides access from purchase through December 31, 2027. The annual subscription costs $299 at signup and $299 annually, renewing on the purchase anniversary. Review its billing and cancellation terms before subscribing.
Are there extra charges for included Lounge visits?
No additional charge applies to included visits, and no gratuity is expected. No Lounge cancellation or no-show fee currently applies. Optional products and additional services are separate. Please reserve ahead and cancel promptly if plans change.
Who offers each massage specialty?
Zuzana offers manual lymphatic drainage and our other massage approaches, excluding deep tissue and sports massage. Deep tissue, sports and neuromuscular massage are Sarah’s specialties. Sarah is currently away from the spa and does not offer manual lymphatic drainage. Confirm your therapist and the requested approach before booking.
Where do Arctic and Ember fit now?
Arctic cooling and Ember warming are facial treatments only. Our massage category includes hands-on care and Endo roller massage. We do not offer body-contouring treatments.
Is a targeted face appointment a full facial?
No. Choose a full facial under Facials and Skincare when you want its facial protocol. Targeted Arctic and Endo face appointments are listed separately.
Do I need to book The Lipo Lounge?
Please book ahead. We have four red-light chairs; walk-ins depend on space at the time you arrive.
How do I buy a gift certificate?
Call 904-867-7335. For other spa gift certificates, call us. Explore and purchase the separate $299 one-time 2027 Lounge gift on our 2027 Lounge Gift page.
What should I do before my appointment?
Follow the instructions for your selected service. Tell us about relevant health concerns, recent procedures and skincare sensitivities so the provider can review the necessary information.
Where are package and membership terms?
Read the agreement attached to the named package or membership before payment. Contact us if any part of it is unclear.
