Website information and booking

Our website helps you explore services and find the appropriate booking or inquiry path. Follow the link for the named service when available. Acuity is our scheduling platform; review the appointment name, duration, price and payment requirements shown there before confirming. A website click or inquiry alone does not complete a booking.

If information differs between this website and the selected appointment or agreement, contact us before payment so we can resolve it. We do not silently substitute a different service or change an existing agreement.

Consultations, trials and tours

Consultation & Trial Sessions are paid appointments. The separately listed 30-minute Complimentary Spa Tour is an introduction to the space, not a free consultation or treatment. What is included in a consultation or trial is described in the named appointment.

Service expectations and screening

Services differ in method, provider requirements and suitability. Full facials are distinct from targeted face appointments. Endo roller massage and hands-on massage have separate appointment formats. Arctic and Ember are facial options only; body-contouring treatments are not part of our current service menu.

Share relevant health concerns, recent procedures and skincare sensitivities through the appropriate intake process so your provider can review them before treatment. Follow the preparation and aftercare instructions for your appointment. Service information and nutrition coaching are not a diagnosis or a substitute for care from your qualified healthcare professional. No particular treatment or weight-loss result is guaranteed.

Purchases, packages and memberships

Our Purchase, Package & Appointment Policies explain final-sale purchases, approved substitutions, appointment cancellation and membership billing. Review those policies and your specific agreement before payment. Review the conditions for your specific purchase, including its price, included services and commitment, before paying.

Existing signed agreements and prepaid entitlements are preserved. Terms required by applicable law are not waived by this website.

Gift certificates and retail

The one-time 2027 Lounge gift offer can be purchased online through the named Acuity product. Other spa gift certificates are purchased by phone. Call (904) 867-7335 or info@lipoloungejax.com to discuss the gift and its applicable terms before purchase. The 2027 Lounge gift and annually renewing Lounge membership have distinct Acuity purchase links and terms. Retail product checkout remains unavailable; Shop is coming soon.

Free Wellness Lounge accounts

A free account provides access to available Wellness Lounge content and offers. It is not a paid spa membership, does not include treatment credits and does not change existing purchase agreements. Keep your sign-in credentials private and use your own account.

Offers are subject to their stated eligibility, availability and redemption conditions. Self-care resources are general educational information and do not diagnose conditions or establish suitability for a treatment. Marketing email signup is optional and separate from account access.

External services and website content

Booking, payment and other external destinations operate under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. A link to a trusted local business does not make that business part of our spa or establish medical oversight of our services.

Website text, photographs, artwork and marks are subject to their respective owners’ rights. Please obtain the appropriate permission before reusing them. Images do not promise a particular treatment outcome.
