They are conveniently located on the Southside/Mandarin area in Jacksonville, Florida. I'm 65 years old and have worked out for 10 years. I weigh 125lb, 5'4". That is a really good question, on the consultation one of our technicians will be able to give you that information based on the areas you want to work on and what you are trying to achieve. We all have different body types and different body expectations on how we want to look, that’s why we always include a consultation with our offers, to give you all the details based on what you need. Most of our competitors offer packages of 8-12 sessions, and we offer an unlimited membership, so you can do as many sessions as necessary for the same price!

We will do absolutely everything within our power to get you results during your visit to our spa, and we will give you a strategy for how to continue to see results following your session. Usually within 1-2 sessions you can lose around 1-2 inches. It’ll depend on the individual body, but with consistency and dedication, our clients are experiencing amazing transformations.

Please wear or bring a pair of shorts and a tank top so that we can target as much of your skin as possible to get you the best results. Also, it is important that you do not eat within 2 hours of the appointment, no sugar and no caffeine, and be sure to hydrate as much as possible leading up to the session for best results!
