Purchase, package & appointment policies

All sales final

Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including appointment deposits, services, prepaid packages and treatment series, membership payments, gift certificates and products. We do not provide voluntary cash refunds. If management approves an exception, it is provided as a spa credit or an approved service substitution, not a cash refund. Credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Prepaid packages are complete series

Package pricing is an incentive for purchasing and committing to the complete series under a signed agreement. Packages may also include additional value or benefits. A package is not a collection of independently refundable sessions. Not completing the series does not create a right to a refund, partial refund, credit or proration. Unused appointments do not become a cash balance.

Approved substitutions and discretionary credits

Remaining unused package appointments may be redeemed for comparably priced services approved by management. Substitutions are based on the remaining number of appointments and the approved services, not a cash value assigned to each unused visit.

If management chooses to approve a credit exception, any calculation follows the signed agreement. Where that agreement provides for removal of the series discount, services already used and included benefits already received are valued at their applicable full, undiscounted prices and deducted from the amount paid. No credit is guaranteed. We will explain any approved substitution or credit before you accept it. Existing agreements and rights required by law are preserved.

Appointment cancellation and rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required. Contact (904) 867-7335 or info@lipoloungejax.com. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice incurs 50% of the service price. A no-call/no-show incurs 100% of the service price or forfeiture of one prepaid session, as applicable to the reservation. These charges apply to regular spa services, not The Lipo Lounge reservations. Lounge visits have no gratuity expected and no cancellation or no-show fee currently applies. Please cancel promptly when your plans change. Appointment rules are distinct from package purchase restrictions and membership billing cancellation.

Membership billing and cancellation

The monthly Lounge membership renews monthly. The Lipo Lounge membership is $29 per month after a $99 first payment comprising a $70 setup fee and the first $29 month. It requires a three-month minimum commitment. Tranquil Transformation is closed to new enrollment. Existing members should contact us about their signed agreement; this website change does not cancel billing or replace benefits.

Tranquil Renew: $149 per month, with one eligible 60-minute hands-on massage or Skön Swedish Facial per billing month, unlimited Lounge benefits and one STYKU scan monthly.

Tranquil Reserve: $349 per month, with two eligible appointments per billing month selected from 60-minute Endo body massage, 90-minute hands-on massage or 60-minute Premium HydroDiamond, Ember, Arctic or Endo facial care; unlimited Lounge benefits and two STYKU scans monthly.

No setup fee. A fresh treatment credit each billing month. Tranquil Renew is month-to-month. Your included treatment credit expires at the end of each billing month and does not roll over. Reserve your eligible facial or massage within that billing period.

No setup fee. An extra month of flexibility. Tranquil Reserve is month-to-month. Unused included treatment credits roll over for one additional billing month, then expire. Arrange rollover appointments with the front desk; each credit retains its own expiration date.

Additional-service discounts: Tranquil Renew members receive 10% off additional full-price services and service upgrades. Tranquil Reserve members receive 15% off additional full-price services and service upgrades. Discounts are applied at the front desk and are not valid on packages, memberships, gift certificates or products.

STYKU benefits: Renew includes one scan and Reserve includes two scans per billing month. The front desk arranges and manually tracks these scans separately from included treatment credits; a STYKU scan does not use a treatment credit.

Included Lounge reservations: Renew and Reserve members arrange included Lounge visits through the front desk. These visits do not use treatment credits, and Renew and Reserve codes do not redeem Lounge visits online. Unlimited visits remain subject to our four-chair availability; advance reservations are recommended. Vibration plate and massage chair access are subject to availability.

Review the specific agreement and enrollment arrangements before payment. These terms apply to new Renew and Reserve agreements; they do not change existing plans or prepaid entitlements.

To stop renewal, submit your cancellation request before the next billing date to info@lipoloungejax.com. For The Lipo Lounge membership, the three-month minimum still applies. Canceling renewal does not create a refund for a payment already made. Ask us to confirm receipt of your request and the final billing date.

Included appointments must be reserved and are subject to availability and the relevant screening. Ask us to explain usage, rollover and any other conditions in your membership agreement before joining. Terms in an existing signed agreement continue to govern that agreement; this page does not retroactively change prepaid entitlements or private or legacy plans.

2027 Lounge gift offer and annual subscription

For this one-time early-purchase gift offer, purchases made in 2026 cost $299 upfront and provide access from the purchase date through December 31, 2027. The term does not restart on the first visit or when a gift is opened. No additional setup fee is added to the $299 total. It is not a monthly payment plan. This gift offer is separate from our annual subscription: $299 at signup and $299 each year thereafter, with no setup fee or monthly charges. The subscription begins on purchase and renews on its anniversary. Members receive a reminder email 20 days before renewal and can stop future renewal using the cancellation link in subscription payment emails. Access continues until the next renewal date after cancellation. Review these terms before payment. The one-time gift offer does not enroll the recipient into that subscription. Confirm recipient details and the applicable agreement before payment. Annual membership purchases are subject to the final-sale policy above, except where required by law. Included visits require booking and are subject to availability. Existing monthly subscriptions are not automatically converted, canceled or credited.

Read the named appointment, package or membership agreement, including its price, included services and applicable conditions, before payment. A purchase restriction is not a prohibition on contacting us about a concern. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
