What does the $299 price cover?
The included Lounge visits and member benefits listed above, from purchase through December 31, 2027. There is no setup fee, monthly payment, or automatic renewal. Optional products and additional spa services are separate. Hands-on massages and facials are separate services.
How does the price compare with monthly membership?
A new monthly member’s first twelve months total $418: $99 to start, plus eleven $29 payments. This gift saves $119 on that twelve-month comparison, before counting the extra time in 2026.
Twelve regular $29 payments total $348—a $49 saving if already past the monthly setup charge. Existing subscriptions are not automatically canceled, converted, or credited.
Can I give it to someone—or use it myself?
Yes. Confirm the intended member or recipient details at purchase. For multiple gifts, each person needs their own membership; the current price is $299 each. Call for help arranging multiple gifts. No bundle discount is included in online checkout.
Is this the annually renewing membership?
No. This one-time gift ends December 31, 2027 without automatic renewal. The annually renewing subscription is a separate product. Opening or using the gift later does not extend its term.
Will the recipient have to pay for included visits?
No. Their code redeems included Lounge visits for $0, and no gratuity is expected. No Lounge cancellation or no-show fee currently applies. Please cancel promptly if plans change. Optional purchases and other spa services are separate.
How do they reserve a visit?
Choose a 30-minute Lounge appointment and enter the purchase code when booking. Reserve a Lounge visit with a gift code. We have four chairs; book ahead. A preferred appointment or walk-in space is not guaranteed.
What should they know before visiting?
Share relevant health concerns through the appropriate intake process before use. Light-care experiences are not suitable for everyone; call us to discuss the Lounge and its equipment before purchasing if you have questions.
Where can I read the purchase terms?
Read the gift’s purchase terms in checkout before payment and our Purchase Policies. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. The Lounge appointment-fee exemption does not change purchase terms.
