Practical guidance for food choices and routines that fit your life.
Clients came to Sarah Boyd for massage—and started asking about nutrition, stress and feeling better in their own bodies. Those conversations helped shape The Lipo Lounge & Spa.

A wife, a mother, a Coast Guard reservist and a business owner, Sarah understands how much of life can be spent showing up for other people.
Her early work in sports and rehabilitation massage brought her into conversations that reached beyond an appointment. Clients wanted help understanding everyday habits, managing stress and navigating their own wellness goals. Her background in sports and health science helped inform a broader approach to care.
That approach became the foundation of the spa: listen to the person, explain their options and make care practical enough to fit real life. Today, we bring that same attention to a Lounge visit, a facial, a massage or a conversation about wellness.
Sarah’s faith, family and commitment to service are part of the story behind this business. Our welcome extends to guests of every background.

You may see Mabel at the spa from time to time. She is working, just like the rest of us—and she knows her job well.
You are welcome to ask her handler for permission to pet her or offer her an approved treat. Please wait for permission before approaching, calling to or feeding her. Mabel is shy and focused on her work, so please do not be offended if she is not ready to say hello. Familiar faces can become friends as she gets to know you over your visits.
Occasionally, Mabel may choose to say hello on her own—a special little welcome. If you are afraid of dogs or would prefer not to interact, please tell our staff. We will make sure she gives you space. She is a good listener, and your comfort comes first.
We appreciate you respecting her handler’s privacy by not asking for details about her tasks. Thank you for helping her feel welcome while she works.
Tell us what brings you here. We will help you understand the options and choose your next step.
