Information you provide

When you contact us, schedule, purchase or receive care, information may include your name, contact details, selected appointments, preferences, membership or package information, payment records and communications. Use the designated intake process for treatment-related information. Do not put sensitive health or payment information into general email or text inquiries. Public website browsing does not require a client account.

Our website is hosted through Base44. Hosting and related services may process technical information such as browser and device details, page requests, IP addresses and usage logs. Cookies or browser storage may be used for platform functions and sign-in where applicable. Google Fonts is used to load website typography. Signed-in page navigation can be recorded by the platform.

Our business uses Acuity for scheduling, Square and Stripe for payment processing, and CRM tools including GoHighLevel for client communications. These services may process information needed for their respective functions. Booking and payment information entered on an external service is also governed by that provider’s privacy notice and the applicable account settings.

Manufacturer, financing and trusted local business links lead to independent services. Their information practices apply when you visit or transact with them. We do not promise that their practices are identical to ours. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to address a legal obligation.

Communication preferences and requests

Contact us to update your details, ask about information held about you, request access or correction, request deletion where applicable, or withdraw permission for marketing communications. Use an unsubscribe option provided in a marketing message when available, or contact us directly. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Stopping marketing does not necessarily stop essential appointment, billing or transaction messages. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal, accounting or agreement-related obligations. We will explain relevant limits when responding to a request rather than promising automatic deletion of every record.
