Your next step: a conversation first
Based on your answers, the right first step for you isn't a program link — it's a consultation. Some health pictures deserve a real conversation before anyone recommends a program, and we'd rather take that care with you than hand you a checkout. That isn't a "no." It's how a provider-guided program is supposed to work.
What happens at the consultation: a 60-minute virtual visit where we review your history, medications, and goals together. If one of our programs fits you safely, we'll tell you which and why. If neither does, we'll tell you that too — honestly.
This quiz is educational and does not diagnose or rule out anything. Please discuss your health and medications with your own healthcare provider.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Pricing is set at the offer point, not on this page. Your consultation or the application process covers exact pricing for each program. If you're applying for the Founding Cohort: applications close Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
What happens after I apply (or book a consultation)?
You apply → we book your consultation and match you to your program together → baseline measurements happen Oct 29–31, 2026 → both programs load together over the Oct 31–Nov 1 weekend → Program Day 1 is Monday, November 2, 2026. Your kit and app access are set up by our team as part of getting started.
Do I have to come to Jacksonville?
No. Both programs are delivered virtually, from anywhere — consultations are by video, your kit ships to you, and guidance runs through your program app and our team. (If you're local, you're always welcome at the spa.)
What does the app actually do?
The 6-week program's app includes food logging, the approved-foods list, daily missions, and a restaurant guide. The 9-week program's app guides you day by day, with recipes and food lists. In both, our team can see your progress and check in with you — you're guided, not left alone with an app.
I'm on a GLP-1 (or I was). Does that rule me out?
No — and the quiz only uses it as a fit signal, never a disqualifier. GLP-1 history is one of the things we review together at your consultation, and it helps us recommend the right runway. Nothing here replaces your own prescriber's guidance; please keep your own healthcare provider in the loop about any program you start.
How much time does this take each day?
Both programs are built to run inside a normal life — drops as directed, food choices within the program's framework, and (during the Founding Cohort) a 2-minute weekly check-in plus measurements at baseline, Week 3, Week 6, and the finish. The 6-week program runs 6 weeks in 4 phases; the 9-week program runs 9 weeks in 3 phases. Neither requires exercise, and the 9-week program never involves calorie counting.
What comes in the kit, and how do I get it?
The 6-week program: the Protocol drops and the Protocol Guide booklet, plus app access. The 9-week program: the six-drops kit (Diet, Fat Loss, D3+K2, B12, Electrolytes, Pure Green) plus Vitality Release Drops, plus app access. Your kit ships to you once you're enrolled and set up by our team.
What if it doesn't work for me?
We won't promise you an outcome — anyone who does shouldn't. What we can tell you: both programs are provider-guided, with check-ins built in so struggles get caught early, not at the end.
What if I change my mind?
Enrollment is final — we don't offer refunds on these programs. Here's why, plainly: the Founding Cohort price is deeply discounted, and you receive everything upfront — the full program information, your drops kit, and access to coaching. So please decide with full information before you enroll: read everything here, ask us anything, and if you have any concern about being able to complete the program, check with your own doctor before you purchase. If you're unsure whether to begin at all, the Virtual Nutrition Consultation is the low-pressure first step — it's a conversation, not a commitment.
Is this medical advice?
No. This quiz and these programs are education and wellness support — not medical care, not diagnosis, and not a substitute for your own healthcare provider. Please discuss your health, medications, and whether a program is right for you with your own provider.
Do I have to be in the Facebook posts or share my story?
Only Founding Cohort members are asked — and even then, you choose: full story with photos, first name only, or fully anonymous in group totals. Nothing with your name or photo is ever used without your signed release, and you can change your choice in writing at any time.
Why did I get "a consultation comes first" instead of a program?
Because some health pictures deserve a real conversation before a recommendation — that's our team taking care, not a rejection. The consultation reviews your history with a person, and if a program fits you safely, you'll hear which one and why.
